Up to ten devotees meet, as a group, with their mentor every two weeks. This fortnightly meeting between the mentor and their mentees is known as the mentee meeting. There will also be a ‘youth mentor’, this mentor will be someone younger in age and likewise, will specifically oversee younger devotees – the youth mentor will also have a mentor to guide them in their services.
That being said, all mentors will be overseen by the Mentorship Committee (MC). The MC will meet every month. The MC will consist of several senior devotees who will advise and guide the various mentors (the devotees on the MC will collectively oversee the different mentors and not function individually as mentors for the mentors). However, it is acceptable for devotees to be a mentor as well as to simultaneously be a member of the MC. These devotees on the MC are personally selected by HH Bhakti Caitanya Swami Maharaja – they are mature devotees who have years of experience in devotional service; some of whom have been personally trained by Maharaja. Moreover, it is also important to note that the ultimate mentor will be HH Bhakti Caitanya Swami Maharaja, who will oversee the MC, and subsequently, is supervising the entire MS.
